It has a wide purple and aqua flower print waistband. The sexy graduating hemline is short in front and longer in back, and is trimmed with a pleated sassy ruffle. The purple, white, and green stripe ruffle is layered with the same aqua and purple flower print as the waistband. Wide side ties allow you to adjust the fit at your waist or lower on the hips.
