A wearable art hat, this small and purple painted fascinator is upcycled from berry and egg cartons. The whimsical bouquet has pink and maroon flowers with copper highlights and neon-green leaves. It's attached to a painted maroon headband for easy on and off and is cocked and tilted slightly over the brow for a dramatic look, even when crowning without a mirror

  • The painted egg carton flowers and leaves, the berry carton base, and the toilet paper roll used to fix this whimsical art painted hat to the headband are all made of repurposed pulped paper... trash that would have otherwise ended up in a landfill.  All are painted with acrylic or enamel paints, are lacquered, and are water-resistant.* The flowers have metallic copper highlights and glossy or metallic hot pink paint centers. The interior of the berry carton is aqua.

    Care:

    Hold both sides of the headband to put on and take off. When holding otherwise, it is best to hold it by the berry carton rather than the headband.*

     

    While this hat is lacquered and water-resistant, it is not necessarily waterproof. Remove and cover it if caught in the rain or when near misters. If it does get wet, gently shake off water droplets, pat with a tea towel, and set it in the sunshine or in front of a fan to dry.

     

    Styling Ideas:

    Looks great alone or over a colorful wig or a feathered cap

    Keep the silly look simple with a solid dress, or pantsuit
