This whimsical happy cowboy is a piece of decorative metal art. He is handmade with upcycled jewelry components, charms, and beads in shiny and antiqued brass metal. He wears a big smile, has a cowboy hat on his head and horse "holsters" on his hips. And he has curly copper wire hair.  The new, old, whole, and broken metal bits are wrapped together with copper wire.
