It has a short to long, sexy graduating cut with a sassy ruffle made of green brocade and sparkling yellow and brown animal print.  Think French courtesan meets the mad hatter.  Adjustable size side ties, allow you to wear it at your waist or lower on your hips.  Handmade, one of a kind, and imperfectly perfect.  Small/Medium. Polyester/Cotton
