A regal blue lace upcycled choker made from a periwinkle top has an elegant tall neck and a pointy scalloped edge. The dangling plastic blue teardrop beads, once a kid's beaded curtain, are iridescent adding a magical and whimsical feel to the necklace. It ties on with 2 ribbons of tie-dye purple, green, and blue fishnet yarn. Handmade, one-of-a-second-kind, and fit for a queen.
